Starbucks is set to open its first ever coffee outlet in Nantwich in 2026, after submitting plans to Cheshire East Council in October 2025.

The American coffee giant submitted advertisement consent for a projecting sign, fascia wordmark, an internally mounted roundel, fascia wordmark and a projecting sign at 35 High Street.

Taking on the former WHSmith unit, the application comes from the UK's franchise partner of Starbucks, 23.5 Degrees.
