Bunbury Village Day returns on Saturday 14 June with the new theme of Summer Sounds, hosting live music, creative workshops, and community celebrations in South Cheshire.

This year's event will feature a diverse lineup of musicians, including the energetic Karama Samba, folk duo Wombat & Muttley, Bunbury's own Just Sing choir, the Chester Brass Band, local rock favourites The Lost Boys, and The Easy Peelers, with more acts to be announced.

Alongside the performances, visitors can take part in music-making workshops and other interactive activities.

Bunbury Village Day organisers are also encouraging attendees to get creative with musical-themed costumes, with prizes for the best-dressed (Bunbury Village Day).

Whether inspired by rock, pop, classical, or something more original, the theme offers plenty of room for imagination.

The day will also include Bunbury's traditional attractions, such as the crowning of the Rose Queen and Rose King, a BBQ and bar, a WI café, fairground rides, and a variety of stalls.

A Bunbury Village Day Team spokesperson said: "Summer Sounds promises to be a day like no other.
