D&G's Nantwich to Crewe Sunday and bank holiday bus service is set to be withdrawn from this July, due to not enough users.
The 84X, which gets passengers between the two towns in just 17 minutes, will cease running on Sundays and bank holidays from 14 July.
This service, which stops at Colleys Lane, Willaston, but does not pass through Wistaston Road, Willaston, was first launched by D&G in April 2023.
The Nantwich to Crewe bus has been running every 30 minutes Monday to Saturday, with an hourly bus on Sundays and bank holidays, since.
Since 7 May, the 84X Sunday and bank holidays service has been starting from Nantwich at 10:01am, running hourly from the town until 1:01pm.
It has then been running from 2:31pm until 6:31pm, with the last bus arriving into Crewe at 6:48pm.
The Crewe to Chester (via Nantwich) 84 Stagecoach service will continue to run every 90 minutes on Sundays and bank holidays.
