Man, 32, arrested after car flips in Nantwich crash

A man has been arrested a car crashed into two vehicles on a Nantwich residential street, flipping onto its roof.
On Saturday 16 May, emergency services were alerted to an incident on Davenport Avenue.
At around 8.30pm, a grey Vauxhall Corsa smashed into gold Volkswagen Golf and a black Vauxhall Corsa, causing it to overturn.
The driver of the grey Corsa, a 32-year-old male, fled the scene on foot.
He was soon located and arrested. The man is currently in hospital after sustaining injuries in the crash.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "At around 8.30pm on Saturday 16 May, police were called to reports of a collision on Davenport Avenue, Nantwich.
"Officers attended the scene and found that a grey Vauxhall Corsa had overturned after colliding with two stationary vehicles, a black Vauxhall Corsa and a gold VW Golf.
"The driver of the car failed to stop at the scene and ran off on foot.
"Following enquiries, a 32-year-old local man was arrested in relation to the collision.
"The man has since been taken to hospital where he remains at this time."
Davenport Avenue resident, James Wrench, who's Volkswagen was hit, told Nub News how he had a lucky escape.
He said: "A car hit a stationary vehicle and flipped onto my car.
"This happened just moments after I had gone back into my flat to collect something I had forgotten.
"It doesn't bare thinking about how this could have ended."
