Fire crews tackle 'accidental' container blaze near Nantwich

Fire crews tackled a large blaze involved a container near Nantwich, believed to have been started accidentally.
On Thursday 22 January, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service received reports of an incident on Brindley Lea Lane, Brindley.
At 12.48pm, two fire engines from Nantwich and Tarporley arrived the scene, discovering a container up in flames.
Cheshire firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the blaze, no one injured in the incident.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Crews were called to a fire involving a container near Nantwich, which was out on arrival.
"Firefighters used a hose reel jet to dampen down the area, and a thermal imaging camera to check for hotspots.
"This is believed to have been caused accidentally."
