One of South Cheshire's most popular family events is set to return to Nantwich as the 41st annual South Cheshire Militaire 'Universal Model Show' takes place on Sunday 22 February.

Running from 10am to 5pm at Malbank School & Sixth Form College on Welsh Row, the much-loved show is organised by the South Cheshire Military Modelling Club, promising a packed day of creativity, craftsmanship and fun for all ages.

Visitors can expect an eye-catching range of displays, from detailed military models and sci-fi creations to war games, model cars, planes, boats and impressive Lego builds.

There will also be train layouts, remote control tanks and trucks, and plenty for Star Wars fans, including special guest character appearances offering great photo opportunities.

Model makers from clubs across the country will be exhibiting their work, while an open model competition invites the public to showcase their own creations.

A busy traders' area will offer models, tools and accessories, alongside expert demonstrations for both beginners and seasoned hobbyists.

Admission is £5 for adults, £3 for seniors, £2 for children aged 5–16, and free for under-5s. Tickets are available on the door via cash, card or Apple Pay.
