Cheshire Police investigate spate of attempted burglary incidents in Nantwich

Cheshire Police are appealing for information from the public, following a spate of attempted burglary incidents in the Nantwich area.
Police have received reports of a number of attempted burglaries, vehicle interferences and the theft of a pedal cycle , all believed to have occurred during the early hours of Saturday 28 June.
These include:
- Two attempted burglaries at addresses in Meadowvale Close, Nantwich
- Two incidents of vehicle interference at addresses in Meadowvale Close, Nantwich
- Theft of a pedal cycle from outside an address in Manor Road North, Nantwich
- Attempted burglary at an address in Mercer Way, Nantwich
- Attempted burglary at an address in Vauxhall Place, Nantwich
Officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the incidents as they believe he may hold vital information.

Inspector Dan Welch, of Crewe Local Policing Unit, said: "Enquiries are currently ongoing in relation to these incidents and as part of this we have released an image of a man we'd like to speak to.
"Anyone who recognises the identity of the man pictured is asked to contact us. We would also like to appeal directly to the man pictured to get in touch with us.
"Anyone with any information should contact us via cheshire.police.uk/tell-us or call 101, quoting IML-2121234."
