Plant Bingo to Raise Funds for Growing Health Community Garden.

A fun-filled evening of plants, prizes and community spirit is coming to Nantwich this July, with all proceeds supporting the incredible work of Growing Health Community Garden.

Together Fundraising is hosting Plant Bingo on Friday 31st July 2026, from 7.30pm to 10.30pm at the Peggy Killick Lounge, Nantwich Civic Hall.

Tickets are just £10 per person and include cheese and biscuits, four games of Plant Bingo, a raffle and the chance to win a wheelbarrow full of gardening goodies.

The event will raise funds for Growing Health Community Garden, a thriving community project that provides a welcoming outdoor space where people can connect, learn new skills, improve their wellbeing and enjoy fresh seasonal produce.

A Personal Connection

Carole Salmon, Founder of Together Fundraising and organiser of the event, has seen first-hand the positive impact the garden can have.

"Growing Health Community Garden holds a special place in my heart. I met Adele when the project was just getting started and I've watched it grow into something truly remarkable.

For me personally, the garden has been a huge support for my mental health. Spending time there, being outdoors, connecting with people and feeling part of something positive has made a real difference.

I genuinely believe it's one of the best-kept secrets in our local area. So many more people could benefit from everything the garden offers. That's why I wanted to organise Plant Bingo – to help raise funds, raise awareness and support Adele and the team to help even more people in our community."

The garden is an invaluable, accessible community space that provides a warm welcome to all who use it. Our members value the social connection, ease of spending time outdoors in a beautiful space, opportunities to learn about growing and enjoy access to fresh seasonal produce.

The proceeds of the event will go towards our joyful spring bulb display, help us to build our toolkit of sensory aids for neurodivergent members and allow us to host events free of charge so that there are no barriers to gaining the benefits of our garden.
