A Nantwich town centre site with approval for 20 apartments is now up for sale, listed at a guide price of £695,000.
10 Swine Market, with the ground floor previously tenanted by B&M and currently occupied by Hope House, is now being listed by Blue Alpine.
With planning approval since November for a change of use to part of the ground floor and the entire first floor to create the 20 residential units, the 13,353 sq ft site is available freehold.
The approved residential apartments would be made up of nine one-bed, one-person dwellings, seven one-bed, two-person properties and four two-bed, three-person residences.

Seven of these apartments would be located on the ground floor, with 13 set to be on the first floor.
Blue Alpine say: 'The gross development value of the approved scheme is £2.2m (excluding airspace), with the site comprising large commercial premises arranged over the ground and first floor.
