The JDL Young Traders Family Market is being hosted in Nantwich Town Centre on Saturday 3 May (JDL).

Traders, aged between 16-30, have a chance to showcase their trade to a busy Nantwich.

The event will crown another amazing young trader the title of Nantwich Young Trader of 2025.

Running from 9am to 3pm, come down for a fantastic market day full of family fun.

Running from 11am to 4pm, the car wash aims to raise funds for the Crewe-based netball club to take its juniors players to a tournament in Paris.

Get ready for a wonderful afternoon as the Peacock Railway in Willaston throws open its gates for a special VE Celebration public open day, kicking off from 12pm.

Tucked behind The Peacock Inn on Crewe Road, this hidden gem is home to the South Cheshire Model Engineering Society.

For just £1 per person (cash or card), you can enjoy two exciting laps around the railway's quarter-mile track, pulled by a delightful mix of steam and battery-electric locomotives.

There will be refreshments and snacks available on-site, plus plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the action.
