New sports bar and restaurant with over 15 screens to launch in Nantwich this summer

A new sports bar and restaurant is set to launch in Nantwich town centre this summer, offering over 15 screens to enjoy all the action.
GOAT, located on the corner of High Street and Waterlode, is targeted to open this mid-August, in time for the 2025/26 football season.
Launching the new sports venue is 'OnlyScrans' social media influencer, Jono Yates, from Nantwich, and founder of 'Beauty of the Feast' Instagram page, Sam Hulme, with involvement from landlords of The Leopard, Sam Rock and Gary Evans.
Offering an "incredible" food menu, GOAT will open in the former Kennedy's American Diner, which shuttered due to financial challenges in October 2024.
On Wednesday 28 May, as renovation works begin, Jono said: "I am opening my own place. This has been in the works for a while, and today it's official.
"We are opening a sports bar/restaurant in my hometown of Nantwich called GOAT.
"The other lads involved are my mate Sam who runs the Beauty of the Feast Instagram page, as well as Gaz and Sam who run the best pub in town, The Leopard.
"Renovation starts today and we will be opening in time for the new football season.
"We will be showing all the sport, all the time. A proper sports bar with over 15 big screens and an incredible food menu.
"As well as that, I'll be using my huge network of talented food vendors and chefs to invite in for pop-ups around big sporting events."
