A brownfield site close to Nantwich town centre has been listed for sale at a guide price of £325,000.

Located on Second Wood Street, just off Welsh Row, this 0.45-acre piece of land is being marketed by Legat Owen, Nantwich.

This site is being listed as a development opportunity for commercial or residential.

It was approved for a pair of semi-detached homes around 20 years ago, which never came to fruition.

A description reads: "The land is located on Second Wood Street just of Welsh Row close to Nantwich town centre.

"It provides a development opportunity for residential or commercial, including storage.

"In addition, there is a further area of land to the north of the site, which is unregistered land.

"Nearby existing land uses include commercial and residential."
