Nantwich sparkled with festive spirit as the thid annual Christmas Tree Festival filled St Mary's Church with colour, light, and Christmas cheer from Friday 21 to Sunday 23 November, all in support of the work of St Luke's Hospice.
The historic Church Lane church was transformed into a dazzling winter wonderland, featuring 53 beautifully decorated Premium Nordmann Fir trees.
Visitors wandered through a forest of festive creativity, with twenty four to five foot trees lining the aisles, 32 majestic six to seven foot trees reaching up towards the rafters, and a stunning eight foot St Luke's Memory Baubles tree glowing with heartfelt messages.
Every tree was lovingly designed and sponsored by local businesses, community groups, and supporters, complete with information boards and QR codes so guests could discover the stories behind each sparkling display.

Taking centre stage was the show-stopping 16 foot St Mary's Christmas tree, adorned with more than 2,500 twinkling lights, a breathtaking centrepiece that added even more magic to the already enchanting setting.
The church itself shimmered in shifting festive colours throughout the weekend, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere for visitors of all ages.
Festivities began with a sold-out opening night, where Mark Daniels delighted the crowd with his uplifting Swing into Christmas performance on Thursday 20 November.
The celebrations continued on Saturday 22 with a cosy Christmas Cinema experience, inviting families to snuggle up for screenings of Elf and the 1951 classic A Christmas Carol, made extra special with immersive silent-headphone technology.
The festival was a true celebration of community, organised by St Luke's Hospice in partnership with St Mary's Nantwich.
Local businesses played a key role too, with four to five foot and six to seven foot trees supplied by Nantwich Christmas Tree Farm, the towering 16 foot centrepiece provided by Crewe Road Nurseries, and display boards installed by Richard Potter Timber along the North and South aisles.

But behind the sparkle lies a powerful purpose. Since 1988, St Luke's Hospice has provided outstanding palliative and holistic care to local people care, going beyond what the NHS alone can offer.
Last year, more than 1,000 individuals received support ranging from end-of-life care and bereavement support for children to rehabilitation help for those returning to work after serious illness.
With nearly 85 per cent of its funding coming from donations, community events like the Christmas Tree Festival are essential in keeping these vital services shining brightly.
2025's festival didn't just light up Nantwich, it highlighted the generosity, creativity, and heartfelt community spirit that help St Luke's Hospice continue its extraordinary work.
