A much-loved former garage in Nantwich has been listed for sale for over £300,000 following the death of its owner in 2024.
Crescent Garage, The Crescent, off Beam Street, is being marketed by Baker Wynne & Wilson Nantwich at a guide price of £335,000.
Available freehold and made up of a total floor area of 2,181 square feet, the South Cheshire site will be sold in its present state.
This listing comes after garage owner, John 'Jack' Field, passed away suddenly at his home on Sunday 5 May, 2024, aged 91.
Jack, who was a familiar figure to many in Nantwich, ran Crescent Garage from 1972.

The popular garage owner, who ran it for 52 years, went to the premisises every day, when possible, up until the day before he died.
Baker Wynne & Wilson Nantwich say: "This commercial premises is built of partial brick and steel construction with an asbestos roof.
"The premises has been run as a filling station and garage repairs for some 50 years and its now to be sold in its present state and any prospective purchaser would have to make their own enquiries with regards to planning and change of use.
"Presently the total floor area is 2,181 square feet comprising of shop area, workshops, office, second workshop and rear yard/compound and side vehicle access."
