House hunters invited to free event at new Nantwich development
By Ryan Parker 17th Apr 2026
House hunters in and around Nantwich are invited to grab a free coffee and something sweet while discovering their next move this April.
David Wilson Homes is hosting a Part Exchange event at Maylands Park, Peter Destapleigh Way, on Saturday 25 April from 11am to 4pm.
With a coffee van on-site and complimentary sweet treats available throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a relaxed introduction to what life at the Maylands Park community could look like.
The event is designed to help buyers move home with less hassle, shining a spotlight on the Part Exchange scheme, streamlining the selling process by removing chains and reducing uncertainty.
Property Perspective and Acumen will be attending the event to offer expert Part Exchange guidance and independent financial advice, providing no‑obligation support to anyone considering their options.
Set amongst green open space and close to local amenities, Maylands Park continues to appeal to buyers looking for modern living with a strong sense of community in Nantwich.
Sales director at David Wilson Homes North West, Jennifer Burns, told Nub News: "We wanted to create a relaxed event for homebuyers to drop in and join us for a cup of coffee and a chat.
"It's also a great opportunity to seek free, no‑obligation selling and mortgage advice from the experts, while finding out how Part Exchange could make moving much simpler."
