Fire crews tackle car 'well-alight' in Nantwich blaze

Nantwich firefighters tackled a serious car blaze in the town, with the vehicle "well-alight" when the crew arrived.
On Wednesday 14 January, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to an incident on Newcastle Road.
At 1.35pm, one fire engine from Nantwich arrived at the scene, discovering the vehicle covered in flames.

The Nantwich fire crew used two reel jets to put out the flames, leaving the car severely damaged.
A Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reel jets to extinguish a car that was well-alight in Nantwich."
