A new local care and support service, Cardea Healthcare Cheshire, has officially opened its doors at the Regents Business Park in Nantwich.

The new franchise is launching immediate recruitment to create vital new jobs for local jobseekers, while offering essential, non-regulated support services to vulnerable residents.

Founded by local directors Rhea and Kyle, Cardea Healthcare Cheshire says it is dedicated to "helping individuals maintain dignity, comfort, and independence in their own homes. "

To support the community safely while navigating its upcoming Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration, the provider is launching with highly valuable non-regulated activities.

These initial services focus strictly on companionship, domestic support, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and transport to appointments.

The launch will create multiple new roles in the South Cheshire economy, ranging from Community Companions to administrative staff.

Director at Cardea Healthcare Cheshire, Rhea Furnival, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to bring Cardea Healthcare to Cheshire and establish our base right here in Nantwich.

"While our CQC application is under review to allow us to deliver personal clinical care in the future, we know that many people in our neighbourhood need immediate, everyday support to combat loneliness and stay safe at home.
