Quality Manager The CompanyBased in East Cheshire, this international food organisation is a leading supplier in its sector, supplying a portfolio of ingredients to a complex range of UK customers. The RoleReporting to the Site Technical Manager, with a small QA team reporting in, you will manage the day-to-day activities of a site based Quality team aligned to the Technical Strategy that ensures the business delivers quality, authentic, legal and food-safe products, in line with customer specification; building relationships both internally and externally, driving the technical excellence agenda. With Quality principles at the heart of everything you do, you will ensure HACCP systems and food quality standards and accreditations are followed, ensuring calibration, validation, and auditing processes are completed. About YouExperience of the food manufacturing sector is essential within a Food Quality/Technical role, including Quality, BRC systems and HACCP; as well as experience of managing and implementing quality systems and procedures and supporting internal and external audit processes. Job Title: Multi-Skilled Engineer Location: CheshireIndustry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing Salary: 47,500 - 53,000 Per annumShift Pattern: 4 on 4 of (2 days 2 nights) Multiple positions available!I am looking for Multi-Skilled Engineers on behalf of my client in Cheshire. They are a global Food & Beverage Manufacturer looking to grow their team with multiple Multi-Skilled Engineers. They are experiencing a period of growth paired with large investment resulting in a new requirement for more team members. You will need a strong electrical bias, previous experience in FMCG or Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry and time served in a maintenance role. The role entails fault finding, PPM, Electrical and Mechanical installations and using Electrical Control Systems. Multi-Skilled Engineer Job Responsibilities: Extensive hands-on experience with both electrical and mechanical installations. In-depth knowledge of electrical control and automation systems, including Allen Bradley and Siemens. Expertise in PLCs, variable speed drives, and troubleshooting control circuits. Skilled in diagnosing faults in pneumatic systems, as well as metal fabrication and TIG welding. Strong understanding of mechanical systems such as thermal processes, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and valves. Proficient in replacing seal kits on high- and low-pressure centrifugal pumps. Experience working with effluent systems and site services, including steam.Multi-Skilled engineer Requirements: 3+ Years in Food & Beverage Manufacturing or FMCG. Minimum 70/30 Electrical Bias. Full UK Driving License. Strong experience working with fast-moving, flexible packaging production lines. Experience with seals, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC, pumps, steam, valves.Benefits: Bonus.
