Visitors enjoy guided tour of Nantwich care village in spring sunshine

Richmond Villages Nantwich, St Josephs Way, hosted its Spring Discovery Day on Tuesday 8 April from from 10.30am to 3pm, with Nub News attending.
After entering the 1996-built village grounds, visitors were sat down, treated to refreshments and explained to what Richmond Villages could offer to them in a relaxed environment.
Senior village advisor, Nicola Jackson, who was worked at CQC rated 'Good' village for 18 years, led the fact-filled talk and ended it by opening the floor for questions.

During the talk, visitors learnt about lifestyle options at the village and how Richmond supports their future.
Following a short break, visitors were guided on 30-minute tours by multiple staff taking them around Richmond's retirement village and Bupa care home.
Nub News went on Nicola's tour with visitors, checking out a number of the immaculate properties and vibrant community spaces in the village.
Nicola was on hand to explain everything to us and answer any questions. A couple we were with told us they were "extremely impressed" with the facilities.

In-between all that, we stopped to look at a birds of prey activity with entertained Richmond residents, fascinated by barn owl 'Luna.'
Following the tours, visitors were able to enjoy a complimentary lunch prepared for by the Nantwich care village's chefs.
