Nantwich town centre bar and diner applies to open until 2am all week

A Nantwich town centre bar and diner has applied to remain open in the town until 2am, seven days per week.

On Tuesday 11 June, Louise Elizabeth Reade, on behalf of Kennedy's Bar and Diner, High Street, submitted a premises license application to Cheshire East Council.

Kennedy's, which was formerly Harrison's, seeks permission for the supply of alcohol and late night refreshment until 2am, Monday to Sunday.

Kennedy's Bar and Diner wants to provide live music (indoors), recorded music (indoors and outdoors) and regulated entertainment (indoors) until 2am, seven days per week (Google).

It also seeks to provide live music (indoors), recorded music (indoors and outdoors) and regulated entertainment (indoors) until that time everyday.

The licensing application is on display at the High Street venue, which is currently open until 11pm Fridays and Saturdays and 8pm Monday to Thursday.

Kennedy's premises license application reads: "Notice is hereby given that I, Louise Elizabeth Reade have applied on 11 June 2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as 1 High Street, Nantwich.

"This is for for a premises license variation to provide the following licensable activities:

"Live music, Monday to Sunday, indoors until 2am and outdoors until 11pm.

Kennedy's Bar and Diner seeks permission for the supply of alcohol and late night refreshment until 2am, Monday to Sunday (Google).

"Recorded music, Monday to Sunday, 10am until 2am (indoors & outdoors).

"Anything of a similar description to regulated entertainment, Monday to Sunday, 12pm to 2am (indoors) and Monday to Sunday, 12pm to 11pm (outdoors).

"Late night refreshment, Monday to Sunday, 11pm to 2am (indoors & outdoors).

"The supply of alcohol, Monday to Sunday, 9:30am until 2am and to update the plan associated with the licence."
