Zara told Nub News: "Me and Sarah took over The Globe in February and haven't look back. It has been a big success so far.

"I started out in the pub trade when I was younger. I have always been involved in the industry.

"Between me and Sarah, we have lots of experience. She used to run The Malbank and The Union in Nantwich.

"I live just around the corner and have a full-time job elsewhere in finance. We have staff running the venue for us. We are here a lot too.

"We have invested on our beer garden, putting some plants out there and taken our high fence down to make it more visible.

"Internally, we have also decorated the venue and installed new flooring.

"All of our food is home-cooked. We have a lot of repeat trade and are starting to attract a lot of new faces in which is brilliant."

Under its new management duo, The Globe has introduced monthly live music and quiz nights.

The Audlem Road venue also offers a lunchtime, evening and tapas menu, as well as Sunday roasts.

Zara said: "The Globe attracts a lot of locals, who like to chill in the bar area. They have told us they are very happy with the recent changes.

Sara and Zara Bradbury believe there is a new vibe at The Globe now, with people of all ages and backgrounds now coming in (Ryan Parker).

"We have a lot of live music on now. Our last event, The Pop-up band on Sunday 26 May, brought a lot of people in.

"Our quizzes are also popular and will continue going forward.

"With our lunch menu, everything is £10. This includes the likes of homemade beef chilli, chicken breast with bacon, beer battered cod, lasagne and more.

"We offer a steak deal, which is two steaks and a bottle of wine for £40. Our tapas sharer, which is tapas and a bottle of wine for £35 is also popular.

"Me, Sarah and the team are trialling a lot of thinks at the moment. It is all going well and we are very happy with trade."

"We also serve roasts to takeaway We feel we can improve our trade even more by utilising this.

"There is a different atmosphere at The Globe now. We have spent a lot on refurbishing the venue with new flooring and decorations.
