Crewe man charged following drink driving incident in Nantwich

A Crewe man has been charged with drink driving, following an incident in Nantwich last weekend.

On Sunday 28 July, Cheshire Police noticed a vehicle driving suspiciously on Barony Road.

At 4:24am, officers pulled he vehicle over, requesting the driver to take a roadside breath test.

Kago Modisane, 33, from Crewe, has been charged with drink driving (Cheshire Police).

Kago Modisane, 33, from Crewe, failed the test and was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.

The Crewe resident has since been charged with the offence.

Modisane will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 22 August.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "At 4.24am on Sunday 28 July, police stopped a car on Barony Road and the driver was arrested after failing a roadside breath test.

Kago Modisane will appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 22 August (Nub News).

"Kago Modisane, 33, of Crewe East, has since been charged with drink driving.

"He has been bailed to appear at Crewe Magistrates' Court on Thursday 22 August."
