Charity shop, letting agency and Italian patisserie planned as new tenants found for three vacant town centre units

Three new businesses are coming to Nantwich town centre.
Commercial property consultant Legat Owen has secured new tenants for three prominent retail units, located on Swine Market, Pepper Street and Church Lane.
Hope House Children's Hospices takes over 10 Swine Market, a 2,542 sq ft open-plan space formerly occupied by B&M, marking an exciting new chapter for the charity's retail operations.
It will serve as the new, larger store for Hope House, enabling the charity to expand its retail offering and enhance its visibility within the community.
The relocation supports Hope House's mission to raise £10 million every year so the charity can provide professional care and support, and the best quality of life, to local children with life-threatening conditions and their families from across Cheshire, Shropshire and North Wales.
Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, said: "The new premises at Swine Market offer a fantastic opportunity for the charity to grow its presence in Nantwich and continue its invaluable work in the region.
"The new store is set to open in November, providing improved facilities, greater floor space and a refreshed shopping experience for supporters and visitors."
Mr Butler added: "We're delighted to have secured new tenants for these three properties, which are all superbly located within Nantwich town centre. The level of interest we received reflects the strength of the local market and the continued appeal of Nantwich as a retail and leisure destination."
"These lettings are a fantastic reflection of the confidence businesses have in Nantwich town centre. Each of these occupiers brings something unique to the high street, and we're proud to play a part in supporting the town's continued growth and appeal."

The property at 31 Pepper Street, which comprises 838 sq ft across two storeys, has been secured by Whitegates, who are relocating their letting agency.
Shaun Cafferty, director at Whitegates, said: "Due to the substantial growth of our award-winning estate agency business, we needed a larger space to operate from and to welcome customers into, whilst remaining in the heart of Nantwich.
"Legat Owen had the ideal property and helped make the process easy."
Meanwhile, 3 Church Lane, measuring 702 sq ft, will soon be home to La Dolce Vita, a charming Italian patisserie and café.
The business is well-known locally from its presence at Nantwich Market, and this new location will include a coffee and tea room, with plans to open within the next two months.
Mr Butler added: "It was good to work with our client, the new owner Apavi, to bring part of the property's ground floor retail area back to life, particularly as it had been empty for some time under previous ownership."
