Delays expected at busy Nantwich junction for the next week

Delays are expected at a busy junction in Nantwich for the next week, with temporary multi-way traffic signals in place.

Works started on Peter De Stalpeigh Way, at its junction with Pear Tree Field, on Monday 19 August.

Aptus Utilities are installing gas and water mains within a grass verge, with a carriageway crossing also being completed by Cheshire East Council.

The Nantwich junction is expected to be back to normal by Wednesday 28 August.

A footway closure is in place while the Peter De Stalpeigh Way works take place.

The multi-way signals are in place for 24 hours a day until works are completed.
