A "community" pub has officially reopened after over 18 months in a village near Nantwich, with its new management team serving "quality" pub grub.
The Red Lion Wybunbury, Main Road, soft launched on Wednesday 20 November, under Thwaites Brewery, operated by Thistle Pub Company.
Showing live sport and serving the likes of home-made pies and Sunday roasts, The Red Lion Wybunbury serves food 12pm to 9pm, seven days a week.
General manager, Grace Knowles, told Nub News: "Our local community pub, The Red Lion Wybunbury, has had a successful quiet reopening.
"We have introduced a new food menu, offering classic pub grub serving the likes of fish and chips, burgers, pies, Sunday roasts, hunters chicken and cheeky chips [loaded fries].
"There are also grills, desserts and children's options, with pub snacks, baguettes and jacket potatoes, served daily between 12pm and 6pm.
"At The Red Lion Wybunbury, we are a warm, rustic and social venue. Our main focus is to offer somewhere where locals can meet and have a catch up.
"If people haven't tried us yet or haven't for a while, we offer quality food, brilliant beer, a lovely atmosphere and a great place to watch live sport."
"We show pretty much all Sky Sports events every Saturday and Sunday, so if you are a sports fan you won't be disappointed."
The Red Lion Wybunbury is open until around 10.30pm in mid-week and around 11.30pm at weekends.
