Benidorm star opens shop in Nantwich and films for new TV show

Johnny Vegas has launched a new antiques and collectibles shop in Nantwich, with the famous actor and comedian filming there for a new TV show every weekend this May.
The 54-year-old, most famous for his role as Geoff 'The Oracle' Maltby in Benidorm, opened Vintage Vegas at Dagfields Crafts & Antiques Centre, Walgherton, Nantwich, at 10am on Saturday 10 May.
Visitors to Dagfields can now come along and take a look at Johnny's curated collection of collectibes and quirky items, which are all available to purchase.

Johnny's new TV show, 'Johnny Vegas' Little Shop Of Antiques' will air on Quest this July, consisting of eight one-hour episodes following the Dagfields collectibles store.
Quest viewers have been promised they will see a side of the TV personality never seen before, as Johnny aims to make enough profit to make the Nantwich shop a permanent business.
Johnny said: "I have a new show coming up on Quest. Finally after a lifetime of collecting the eclectic, the antique, bits of everything.
"I am out buying, hopefully trading and i think it is going to be an exciting ride. Looking forward to seeing you soon."
Known for his distinctive Lancashire accent, husky voice and comedic rants, Johnny most recently starred in 2023 murder mystery spoof 'Blood Actually.'

The Nantwich shop owner is also widely recognised for his role in PG Tips adverts, starring alongside puppet character 'Monkey.'
Johnny has also been a regular guest panellist on the television comedy shoes, QI and 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown.
