Cheshire Police recorded 95 incidents across Nantwich in the week from January 11 to 17, with domestic abuse and violent offences accounting for a large proportion of reports.
Domestic abuse made up 14.7 per cent of all incidents during the week, making it the most common category.
Violence and harassment accounted for 9.5 per cent, followed by suspicious activity at 8.4 per cent and theft at 7.4 per cent.
A total of 42 crimes were officially recorded. Assaults dominated the figures with 12 offences, while five incidents of criminal damage were logged, with two offences relating to the possession of drugs.
The highest number of crimes were recorded in Wrenbury and Nantwich North and West, with 13 offences in each area.

Bunbury recorded seven crimes, while Nantwich South and Stapeley saw four. Wybunbury had three recorded crimes and Audlem reported two.
Seven arrests were made during the week, involving six men and one woman.
Four of those arrests were linked to domestic incidents.
Police also arrested one person for drug driving, one on an outstanding warrant and one individual for distributing indecent images of children.
The youngest person arrested was 27, with the oldest 60.
Nantwich Police say the figures underline the ongoing need for enforcement alongside community engagement, with officers continuing to work with councils, clubs and local organisations to address crime, anti-social behaviour and public safety concerns.
