Nantwich friends set off on 2,062-mile cycle from London to Asia for charity

Five friends, with four from Nantwich and one from Cornwall, have set off on a 2,062-mile cycle from Buckingham Palace to the Blue Mosque in Istanbul, raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support and Alzheimer's UK.
On 27 August, James Redwood, Kieron Lawton, William Rowlands, and Ewan Davies began their journey in London, supported by driver Jude Metz, who is transporting their equipment in a van.
The group, all aged between 21 and 22, have already pedalled through much of Europe including France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
Over the next month, they will cross 12 countries, averaging around 100km a day, before reaching the Bosporus Bridge, the symbolic gateway from Europe into Asia.

The ride has already thrown up unexpected challenges.
At one point, the cyclists were left without spare clothes, food, or camping gear, forcing them to dig deep and find resilience.
The experience has only strengthened their determination to reach the finish line together.
The group told Nub News: "Every mile has tested us, whether it is navigating new terrain, being separated from our support van, or carrying on with just what's on our backs.
"But with challenge comes adventure, and that's the fun of it.
"At the end of the day, we are just five friends showing that ordinary people can do extraordinary things if they set their minds to it."
So far, the team have raised nearly £2,000 towards their target on their Go Fund Me, with the journey already capturing attention online.
One of their videos has been viewed more than 27,000 times on Instagram, where they are documenting their journey via @london_to_asia.
