Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Location: Nantwich CW5.

Schedule: Monday - Friday working week (40 hour week).

About The Role:

The company are seeking a qualified electrician who is not only technically proficient but also values teamwork and communication. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding tasks. A large percentage of their work is in the Renewable Energy sector, with Solar PV, Battery, and EV installations so experience in these areas is greatly desired. In addition, you will play a key role in training their apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills and knowledge to succeed.

They currently operate at a 80% Domestic to 20% Commercial split and are developing all aspects of their business. Strong customer-facing skills and a passion for customer service are crucial to their success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs to a high standard

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with accuracy and efficiency

  • Work closely with team members, while also taking the initiative to work independently when required

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards

  • Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients

Candidate Requirements:

  • 18th Edition Wiring Regs

  • Level 3 NVQ / AM2 or equivalent

  • Electrical experience of at least 3 years (in a qualified role)

  • Full driving license

  • Excellent fault-finding and technical skills

  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for work quality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Have:

  • Inspection and testing qualification 2391 or 2394/5

  • Experience with solar installations, EV chargers, or renewable energy systems (eg BPEC Qualifications)

  • Experience in Solar PV/Battery System Designs

  • Experience in quoting and pricing works
