- Client Engagement: Work directly with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Quotation Preparation: Generate accurate and competitive quotations for engineered solutions.
- Follow-Up & Business Development: Actively follow up on quotations to convert opportunities into sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Commercial Awareness: Balance customer needs with business objectives to deliver value-driven results.
- Background or exposure to engineering/manufacturing environments.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to engage confidently with clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a sales, tendering, or applications role is desirable.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or engineered solutions beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive salary up to circa £35,000-£40,000dependent on experience + annual bonus
