Role: Call Handler Salary: 25,000 (Pro Rata) Contract: 4 month contract initially Location: Nantwich CW5 - Hybrid (3 days Office and 2 days WFH) Hours: 9am to 5.30pm

We are recruiting for a market leading organisation based in Nantwich who are looking for someone to join their vibrant team initially on a 4 month FTC.

Role:

• High volume of calls to new/existing business customers
• Aiming to get the customers signed up to VIP events at luxury locations
• Building rapport with customers
• Using Salesforce CRM
• Carrying out follow-up calls after the event has taken place to obtain feedback
• Provide a great service to customers

• Experience with CRM systems
