Location: Nantwich HQ Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible on days to work and shift pattern) Salary: £35k pro rata over 30 hours

The Role

As an Accounts Manager, you ll be at the heart of our financial operations. You will ensure the smooth collection, analysis, verification, and reporting of financial data, while playing a pivotal role in supporting strategic decisions and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accounts for the Principal regularly and upon request.
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records using Sage and Excel.
• Deliver weekly management information (MI) for leadership and sales teams.
• File timely and accurate information with Companies House.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure capital adequacy meets FCA requirements and business goals.
• Analyze financial variances and forecast requirements, implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain financial security through robust internal controls.
• Oversee expense claims and highlight irregularities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and updates to enhance financial processes.
