Hi, I'm Helen, a later in life diagnosed Autistic and ADHD counsellor, based in Wistaston.

I offer Autism and ADHD informed counselling to Adults, Children, Couples and Families.

Sessions available In-Person, Online, Phone, Walk-and-Talk or WhatsApp Video.

30, 60 and 90 minute sessions available.
